- When canceling your booking, please notify us in all cases by letter or email.
We hope you understand that an early departure or a late arrival in our Hotel will be treated as a cancellation. Should we not receive a written notification for the cancellation, the total amount for your overnight stay, will be treated as a "no show" fee. - Up to 28 days before arrival we do not charge a cancellation fee with the exception of Christmas and New Year. A free cancellation is only possible 40 days before arrival.
- Under 28 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 80 % of the entire overnight stay less the extras (breakfast, halfboard).
- If you wish to postpone the holiday, you can do so without charge within a year, however you have to allow the possible price changes!
Of course, this does not apply to bad weather !!!! - In order to avoid the cancellation completely, we strongly recommend the completion of a travel cancellation insurance.
